Do you want to brighten up your planner a little? I love using journal cards - I like my planner to look nice, but I just don't get the time to do it! These give it an instant pick up and pop of colour. I love my neutrals, but adding a little colour just makes me soooo happy! These can be added to your planner pockets, stuck to your pages with washi, but my favourite way to use them is as a clipped on bookmark so they just poke out of the top of my planner. I also love using them in card pockets on the backs of dividers - so pretty!

Delivery of Physical and Digital Items

If you’re ordering a physical item, the postage costs have been carefully calculated by me, using Royal Mail weights and sizes; however additional item costs are automatically added. If this ends up being too high, additional P&P will be refunded. Everything in the shop is made by me, from my home studio. Small discrepancies should be expected with handmade items, but rest assured, everything is carefully checked before being sent to you.
If you have any concerns, please send me a message. If you order a printable, it’ll be sent through to you immediately so you can get planning straight away.Printables come in PDF format, in both A4 and US letter size, with instructions and crop marks for easy cutting. Where appropriate, printables are double sided with multiple pages per sheet so you can make the most of your paper. All printables have a small, discreet watermark on one page to remind you where you got them from, and to remind you that you are not allowed to distribute these. Please help small businesses and fellow planners grow by encouraging people to buy their own.
Excellent customer service is really important – if for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my very best to sort this out for you.

Dispatch Time:
These items are hand-made, and usually made to order by me in my home studio. Please allow time for your order to be made and packaged; custom orders may take longer - if this is the case, your dispatch date may be altered. I aim to get all orders dispatched in 3-5 working days. Sometimes this isn’t possible, but I’ll keep you informed!
Delivery and Postage Fees:
All items are sent by Royal Mail, which unfortunately is not a tracked service. UK to UK deliveries normally take a few days, but overseas deliveries take longer. For combined orders, the calculated postage fees can be a little high, so I refund leftover postage when orders are packaged and I know the total weight.
With hand-made items and differences between monitors and colour reproduction in photos, items may appear slightly different, of have very small imperfections. Everything is checked before leaving the studio, but if there’s a problem with your order, please let me know and I’ll sort it out for you straight away. Excellent customer service is really important to me :)
Requests and Custom Orders:
Items can be left unpunched - please leave me a note at checkout with the request if this is something you'd like. If you need a small tweak to the design for printed inserts, this may be possible - please send me a message to check. I’d love to be able to make custom orders, but this can be a long process that I don’t always have time to build in after my regular orders are complete. However if there’s a size or design I don’t offer that you think would be a great addition, I’d love to hear from you!
