If you have a mini planner, it's probably a 5-ring planner - they're available from a number of brands like Filofax, Moterm and Van der Spek. These mostly share the evenly spaced 5 holes pattern, but if you've got an older Van der Spek planner, you may have different hole spacing. Get in touch if you're unsure.
