Dispatch Time:
These items are hand-made, and usually made to order by me in my home studio. Please allow time for everything to be made before dispatch. Dispatch times will be updated regularly and advertised on the shop banner. Of course, if you're in a hurry for everything, just email me at ellie@sortstuffout.co.uk and let me know!
Delivery and Postage Fees:
All items are sent by Royal Mail, which unfortunately is not a tracked service. Tracked options are available on request. UK to UK deliveries normally take a few days, but overseas deliveries take longer. This varies by country and customs, but at least 2 weeks delivery should be expected.
EU Customers:
If you're an EU customer, it may be best to shop on Etsy to avoid additional customs fees. Shop here.
Are you looking to set up some planner task cards? These blank cards will give you a range of options. You can turn these into a handy reminder of your essential tasks or routines by adding task stickers, labels, (both of these available in the shop) or any of your own page flags or sticky notes. I use these in the front pockets of my planner, but they can also be hole punched to move to each of your daily spreads.
These credit card sized task cards are available in three finishes, in tabbed and non-tabbed format - just select your options before purchase.
Need help picking your finish?
Crystal: These are thin and very flexible, with a lovely smooth gloss finish.
Thin Frosted: If you're a fan of the Sort Stuff Out clear dividers, these are made from the same material - these are 200 micron, so very thin and flexible but durable.
Thick Frosted: These are 400 micron thickness, so less flexible than the thin version - the most durable, and my personal favourite!
Task cards are 8.5 x 5.5cm, not including tabs. Do you need a different size? Just send me a request :)

Delivery of Physical and Digital Items

If you’re ordering a physical item, the postage costs have been carefully calculated by me, using Royal Mail weights and sizes; however additional item costs are automatically added. If this ends up being too high, additional P&P will be refunded. Everything in the shop is made by me, from my home studio. Small discrepancies should be expected with handmade items, but rest assured, everything is carefully checked before being sent to you.
If you have any concerns, please send me a message. If you order a printable, it’ll be sent through to you immediately so you can get planning straight away.Printables come in PDF format, in both A4 and US letter size, with instructions and crop marks for easy cutting. Where appropriate, printables are double sided with multiple pages per sheet so you can make the most of your paper. All printables have a small, discreet watermark on one page to remind you where you got them from, and to remind you that you are not allowed to distribute these. Please help small businesses and fellow planners grow by encouraging people to buy their own.
