Dispatch Time:

These items are hand-made, and usually made to order by me in my home studio. Please allow time for everything to be made before dispatch. Dispatch times will be updated regularly and advertised on the shop banner. Of course, if you're in a hurry for everything, just email me at ellie@sortstuffout.co.uk and let me know!  

Delivery and Postage Fees:

All items are sent by Royal Mail, which unfortunately is not a tracked service. Tracked options are available on request. UK to UK deliveries normally take a few days, but overseas deliveries take longer. This varies by country and customs, but at least 2 weeks delivery should be expected. 

EU Customers:

If you're an EU customer, it may be best to shop on Etsy to avoid additional customs fees. Shop here.

Ordering Your Custom Inserts

How many sheets do I get? There are 15 sheets in a pack of printed inserts, which means you get 30 printed sides to use in a pack. These can be all the same design, front and back, or a mix of designs. On the order area below, enter the number of unique page designs you need - this calculates the one-off design fee. You'll be able to specify the number of each design later.

Can I have anything I want on my inserts? Almost! The layout of the page is up to you, but currently, no dated options are available. Colour or images are also not available. Designs can be completely yours, or an adaptation of something you’ve seen in the shop. Feel free to draw your inspiration from anything you’ve seen online, although bear in mind that no direct copies of products available in other shops are available. You also need to be able to draw or send an image and describe exactly what you need - unfortunately it’s not possible to work from something vague like ‘a TV tracker’ for a custom insert. However, please feel free to suggest something you’d like to see added to the shop!

How do I tell you what I want? You’ll get a link to an online form which will allow you to give details on the size of your planner, style, upload images, and describe in detail what you’d like. Remember - the more detail you give, the better!

What happens after I submit the form? As soon as the form is submitted, your draft will be started. You’ll get a screenshot sent through to the email address you added on the form. Once you approve the screenshot, it’ll get printed and sent, along with anything else you may have ordered. If the screenshot of the insert isn’t quite right, you can request some edits - as many as you like! You get three revisions in total, with no time limit on getting it all done.
