Dispatch Time:

These items are hand-made, and usually made to order by me in my home studio. Please allow time for everything to be made before dispatch. Dispatch times will be updated regularly and advertised on the shop banner. Of course, if you're in a hurry for everything, just email me at ellie@sortstuffout.co.uk and let me know!  

Delivery and Postage Fees:

All items are sent by Royal Mail, which unfortunately is not a tracked service. Tracked options are available on request. UK to UK deliveries normally take a few days, but overseas deliveries take longer. This varies by country and customs, but at least 2 weeks delivery should be expected. 

EU Customers:

If you're an EU customer, it may be best to shop on Etsy to avoid additional customs fees. Shop here.

Are you looking to implement a task card system in your planner? Get your own text printed on a task card - add a heading and your own content to remind yourself of recurring tasks and routines. These are credit card sized, so they'll fit into any of my card holders and will work in all standard planner pockets. They're printed on card and given a thick glossy laminate finish with rounded corners so they're extra durable. I like to hole punch mine and leave the top poking out so they double up as a page marker!


Just add your heading and text in the personalisation box, and I'll format it to work around the image you've chosen. Please keep your text brief so it all fits on, and if you have any requirements, just leave me a note at checkout, or send me a message :)

Product Information:

- Insert packs have approximately 15 sheets (30 sides). Inserts are double-sided, printed on 100gsm smooth bright white paper.

- Dashboards and photo dividers are all made with 220gsm white card, and finished with a smooth matt laminate surface.

- Stickers are printed on white matt sticker paper. Dimensions of stickers and sticker sheets are on the listing image.

- Journal cards and photo page markers are printed on 220gsm card, and finished with a thick gloss laminate.

- Any extras you see on listing photos are NOT included!


*** Dashboards and inserts are available in a range of sizes, but please bear in mind that the image and layout will be slightly different for different page proportions. If you’d like to see the exact crop and layout for your size, please message before purchase and I’ll send an image to you. ***


Requests and Custom Orders:

If you need a small tweak to the listing, this may be possible - please send me a message to check. I’d love to be able to make custom orders, but this can be a long process that I don’t always have time to build in after my regular orders are complete. However if there’s a size or design I don’t offer that you think would be a great addition, I’d love to hear from you!


Dispatch Time:

I aim to get all orders out in 3-5 working days, but sometimes this isn’t possible, but I’ll keep you informed!

For combined orders, the calculated postage fees can be a little high, so I refund leftover postage when orders are packaged and I know the total weight.


Customer Service:

With hand-made items and differences between monitors and colour reproduction in photos, items may appear slightly different, of have very small imperfections. Everything is checked before leaving the studio, but if there’s a problem with your order, please let me know and I’ll sort it out for you straight away. Excellent customer service is really important to me, so please let me know.
