These items are hand-made, and usually made to order by me in my home studio. Please allow time for everything to be made before dispatch. Delivery and Postage Fees:

All items are sent by Royal Mail, which unfortunately is not a tracked service. Tracked options are available on request. UK to UK deliveries normally take a few days, but overseas deliveries take longer. This varies by country and customs, but at least 2 weeks delivery should be expected. 

EU Customers:

If you're an EU customer, it may be best to shop on Etsy to avoid additional customs fees. Shop here.

This has 30 sheets of smooth bright white A4 paper. Each pad has a hard and thick back board and the spine is strengthened with cloth tape to make it extra durable. Don't you just hate it when the backs come off?

Delivery of Physical and Digital Items

If you’re ordering a physical item, the postage costs have been carefully calculated by me, using Royal Mail weights and sizes; however additional item costs are automatically added. If this ends up being too high, additional P&P will be refunded. If you have any concerns, please send me a message. If you order a printable, it’ll be sent through to you immediately so you can get planning straight away.

Printables come in PDF format, in both A4 and US letter size, with instructions and crop marks for easy cutting. Where appropriate, printables are double sided with multiple pages per sheet so you can make the most of your paper. All printables have a small, discreet watermark on one page to remind you where you got them from, and to remind you that you are not allowed to distribute these. Please help small businesses and fellow planners grow by encouraging people to buy their own.
