Dispatch & Shipping

Dispatch Time:

These items are hand-made, and usually made to order by me in my home studio. Please allow time for everything to be made before dispatch. Dispatch times will be updated regularly and advertised on the shop banner. Of course, if you're in a hurry for everything, just email me at ellie@sortstuffout.co.uk and let me know!  

Delivery and Postage Fees:

All items are sent by Royal Mail, which unfortunately is not a tracked service. Tracked options are available on request. UK to UK deliveries normally take a few days, but overseas deliveries take longer. This varies by country and customs, but at least 2 weeks delivery should be expected. 

EU Customers:

If you're an EU customer, it may be best to shop on Etsy to avoid additional customs fees. Shop here.

Oversized dashboards are designed to give support and protection to your disc planner. They can be made using any image you see in the shop, whether it's a dashboard or even a journal card - just enter your choice in the box. If you'd prefer, you can send an email to ellie@sortstuffout.co.uk after purchase with a screenshot. Plain white and black oversized dashboards are also available - please also note this choice in the box. 

Dashboards are designed to be used with planners with side tabs. Please check your page size carefully using the dimensions on the images and make sure the corresponding cover size is appropriate for you.

If instead, you’d like a dashboard for a planner with no side tabs or in a different size, you can enter the dimensions you need in the box below. These also make great section dividers - simply enter your exact page size with an additional 8mm tab allowance. Please note that HP Classic is the largest page size available.

Your dashboard will arrive with rounded corners and punched using an Arc punch (as shown in images). If you would like your cover to be unpunched or with non-rounded corners, this can also be requested in the box below.

Covers are sold individually and are made from matt laminated card.
