Dispatch Time:

These items are hand-made, and usually made to order by me in my home studio. Please allow time for everything to be made before dispatch. Dispatch times will be updated regularly and advertised on the shop banner. Of course, if you're in a hurry for everything, just email me at ellie@sortstuffout.co.uk and let me know!  

Delivery and Postage Fees:

All items are sent by Royal Mail, which unfortunately is not a tracked service. Tracked options are available on request. UK to UK deliveries normally take a few days, but overseas deliveries take longer. This varies by country and customs, but at least 2 weeks delivery should be expected. 

EU Customers:

If you're an EU customer, it may be best to shop on Etsy to avoid additional customs fees. Shop here.

These are so useful! I tend to use these self-adhesive holders on the backs of my dividers to hold mini stickers or journal cards, but they also look great on clear dashboards holding task cards. These fit a standard credit card, and work well with the task cards in the shop.


I have these in both short edge and long edge opening types - if you have a preference about which one you'd like, just leave me a note at checkout. This is more important if you want to use them with tabbed task cards - you'll need the long edge opening for those.

Delivery of Physical and Digital Items

If you’re ordering a physical item, the postage costs have been carefully calculated by me, using Royal Mail weights and sizes; however additional item costs are automatically added. If this ends up being too high, additional P&P will be refunded. Everything in the shop is made by me, from my home studio. Small discrepancies should be expected with handmade items, but rest assured, everything is carefully checked before being sent to you.

If you have any concerns, please send me a message. If you order a printable, it’ll be sent through to you immediately so you can get planning straight away.Printables come in PDF format, in both A4 and US letter size, with instructions and crop marks for easy cutting. Where appropriate, printables are double sided with multiple pages per sheet so you can make the most of your paper. All printables have a small, discreet watermark on one page to remind you where you got them from, and to remind you that you are not allowed to distribute these. Please help small businesses and fellow planners grow by encouraging people to buy their own.
