Excellent customer service - they had run out of some of the colours I had ordered but were able to replace with different colours. Delivery was quick and the product was of good quality. I was worried that the bag charms might be cheap and nasty but they weren't at all! I will be using this seller again.
Happy to have found some A5 sized planner dividers with two options of where you wanted taps to be at. The items were well packaged and arrived undamaged despite the envelope visibly having taken some beating through transit.

As always, a great quality addition to my planner. I like my planner's week to start on a Sunday. This is perfect, I can write in the days. I love there is space at the top of the left page to write - focus for the week, a word of encouragement, a Bible verse, the choice is yours. I'll definitely be buying again.

Seller contacted me to let me know she had run out of certain colours of the butterfly zip charms but she could offer me other colours instead. I explained that was fine and they were posted within a few hours, despite saying I didn't need them urgently. The charms are lovely and well made and I don't really want to part with them! 😂 I bought them to go on zippered pouches that I make. They arrived wrapped in tissue and in a small gift box which helped to make them feel special. Thank you Ellie, I will be coming back for more before too long!
